How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. New Zealand: 2 to 3 business days. Australia: 5 to 7 business days. United States: 10 to 15 business days.

Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders over $150.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to New Zealand, Australia and the US. Duties and taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link lands in your inbox as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive your return.

How often do I use the Hybrid Laser LED Face Mask?
10 minutes, 4 to 5 times a week.

What is 1064nm?
1064nm is a near-infrared wavelength, delivered by the mask's VCSEL laser. It sends focused light deeper than standard LED.

Is the mask wireless?
Yes.
