Cancellation policy

PRE-ORDER & SPLIT PAYMENT TERMS

By placing a pre-order for the Hybrid Laser LED Mask, you are securing a mask from our incoming shipment.

Payment
Customers selecting the split-payment option will pay 50% of the purchase price at checkout. The remaining 50% balance will be due when your mask is ready for fulfilment, prior to dispatch.

By placing your order, you authorise the remaining balance to be collected in accordance with the payment arrangement selected at checkout.

Pre-order timeframe
Our current estimated timeframe is approximately 5 weeks. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and we will keep you updated should there be any unexpected delays.

Cancellations & change of mind
Please choose carefully. Once your pre-order has been placed, your 50% deposit is non-refundable for change of mind. This includes circumstances where you later decide you no longer want the product or your personal circumstances change.

The remaining balance will still be payable in accordance with the split-payment terms accepted at checkout.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded. If your product is faulty or you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, your statutory rights continue to apply
