Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: The Ritual Mask and The Reform Wand are currently dispatching within 3 weeks of purchase due to high demand from our launch. We appreciate your patience.
During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We currently ship throughout New Zealand using reputable courier providers.
Estimated Delivery Times

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
International delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delayed or Lost Orders
While we work with trusted courier providers, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control.
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the courier company.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery and include:

- Photos of the damaged packaging and products
